For: High school students.

NOTE: Students have utilized the boot camp to improve their SAT performance as well. Rising juniors gearing up for the PSAT in October will also benefit from attending the boot camp.

Length: 14.5 hours over 2 days.

Pricing (click on specific event link for exact deadlines):

  • EARLY BIRD registration ends 11 days before Day 1: $295.
  • REGULAR registration ends 4 days before Day 1: $330.
  • LATE registration ends 2 days before Day 1: $350.

Content: For each of the 5 ACT sections, we will first review the necessary theory and strategies in detail and then work out and discuss official ACT questions in a timed setting.

Course Materials (provided to each attendee):

  • Detailed proprietary handbook containing test-taking tips by section, English and Math cheat sheets, and English and Math drills with complete printed solutions.
  • 3 official ACT tests (1 printed, 2 online) with complete printed solutions.

Bring: Your E-ticket, a calculator, pens/pencils, and a notebook. There will be a 1-hour lunch break, so do pack lunch or make other lunch plans.

Complexity/Pace: This is a fast-paced, rigorous, and intensive boot camp. It is called a 'boot camp' for a reason: students find it more strenuous than a typical school day, but ultimately rewarding. Dr. Sampath will analyze all types of ACT questions from simple to complex. Students will work through a number of official ACT questions under timed test conditions.

Location: The in-person boot camps will be held at Four Points by Sheraton Columbus - Polaris, 8505 Pulsar Place, Columbus, OH 43240.

Length: 4 hours.

Content: For each of the 5 ACT sections, we will rapidly work out and discuss retired ACT questions in a timed setting.

Bring: A calculator, pens/pencils, and a notebook.

Online Events: There will be a 30-minute break midway through the session.

In-Person Events: There will be no tables in the meeting room, so please bring a sturdy clipboard. There will be a 1-hour lunch break, so do pack lunch or make other lunch plans.

Complexity/Pace: This is a fast-paced, rigorous, and intensive crash course. Dr. Sampath will analyze a variety of ACT questions from simple to complex.
