ACT Boot Camp (PAID)

IMPORTANT: Students who have attended the 4-hour ACT Crash Course will benefit from attending this ACT Boot Camp. In addition to in-depth treatment of English grammar rules (3 hours) and Math theory (6 hours), the Boot Camp provides every attendee with valuable course materials. See below.


NOTE: The boot camps listed below are *identical* in content to each other, so please register for only one.

  • NOV ACT Boot Camp: Sun, Nov 17 (Day 1 of 2), and Sun, Nov 24 (Day 2 of 2).
    Last boot camp before the 12/14 ACT and the 12/7 SAT.

For: High school students.

NOTE: Students have utilized this boot camp to improve their SAT performance as well. Rising juniors gearing up for the PSAT in October will also benefit from this boot camp.

Length: 13 hours over 2 days.

Content: For each of the 5 ACT sections, we will first review the necessary theory and strategies in detail and then work out and discuss retired ACT questions in a timed setting.

Course Materials (provided to each attendee):

  • Detailed handbook containing test-taking tips by section, English and Math cheat sheets, and drills with complete solutions.
  • Two retired ACT tests with complete solutions.

Bring: Your E-ticket, a calculator, pens/pencils, and a notebook. There will be a 1-hour lunch break, so do pack lunch or make other lunch plans.

Complexity/Pace: This is a fast-paced, rigorous, and intensive boot camp. Dr. Sampath will analyze all types of ACT questions from simple to complex.

Location: Four Points by Sheraton Columbus - Polaris.

Length: 4 hours.

Content: For each of the 5 ACT sections, we will rapidly work out and discuss retired ACT questions in a timed setting.

Bring: A calculator, pens/pencils, and a notebook. There will be no tables in the meeting room, so please bring a sturdy clipboard. There will be a 1-hour lunch break, so do bring lunch or make other lunch plans.

Complexity/Pace: This is a fast-paced, rigorous, and intensive crash course. Dr. Sampath will analyze a variety of ACT questions from simple to complex.
