Students have attended the ACT boot camp to improve their SAT and PSAT performance as well. Those interested exclusively in the PSAT and SAT may visit our PSAT/SAT Events page for announcements about upcoming PSAT/SAT crash courses (already scheduled) and PSAT/SAT boot camps (being finalized).

Pricing:

  • EARLY registration: $295
  • REGULAR registration: $350

Course Materials:

  • Detailed proprietary handbook containing test-taking tips by section, English and Math cheat sheets, and English and Math drills with complete printed solutions
  • 3 official ACT tests (1 printed, 2 online) with complete printed solutions

Content/Complexity/Pace: For each of the 5 ACT sections, the class will first review the necessary theory and strategies in detail and then work out and discuss a number of official ACT questions in a timed setting. This is a fast-paced, rigorous, intensive, and immersive boot camp.

Important Note: Scores will not improve merely because a student attends the boot camp. Students are expected to practice what they have learned, thoroughly memorize the cheat sheets, complete the assigned homework, and attempt practice tests under timed conditions to see a score improvement. Success on the test is entirely about hard work. The boot camp gives students and parents the tools and the glide path to the target score, but it is the student's focused practice and relentless work that will cause the ascent to the target score. Parents are strongly encouraged to have a conversation about the student's commitment to the work involved and their own expectations before registering for the boot camp.
